Terms of Use

1. About these terms

FotoSuite ("the app") is provided by Dwi Randy ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. If you download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. Where the Apple App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, it governs alongside these terms, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.

2. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

The app includes open-source components, each under its own licence. You can see them in Settings › Open-source licences. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you open and create with FotoSuite. Because processing happens on your device, we never receive your content and claim no licence to it.

You're responsible for having the right to use, edit and share the images you work with, including photos of other people and images owned by someone else.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use FotoSuite to:

• break any law, or help anyone else do so;
• forge, alter or misrepresent identity documents, official records or evidence;
• remove watermarks or copyright notices from work you don't have the right to use;
• create content that harasses, defames or sexually exploits anyone, or that shows a real person in a way they haven't agreed to;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.

ID & Passport Photo helps you format your own photo to published size rules. It's up to you to make sure a photo meets the requirements of the authority you submit it to.

5. FotoSuite Pro

Plans

FotoSuite Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The current prices are shown in the app before you buy, and may vary by country.

Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in your store account's subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we can't issue them directly. See the support page for how to ask.

Restoring

Pro is linked to your store account, not to a FotoSuite account. Use Settings › Restore purchases on a new device signed in to the same store account.

Lifetime

Lifetime means Pro for as long as we offer and support the app on your platform, signed in to the same store account.

6. Free tier limits

Without Pro, some features have limits, such as the number of free background removals per day and the number of photos in a batch. The current limits are shown in the app. We may change them, but changes won't reduce what you've already paid for.

7. Third-party content and services

Some features show content from other services, such as stock photos from Unsplash or Pexels, meme templates from Imgflip, fonts from Google Fonts, and web pages you capture with HTML to Image. That content belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms and licences, including any attribution they require. We're not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. AI results

AI tools such as Remove Background, Upscale, Blur Face, Magic Eraser and Copy Text use machine-learning models that can make mistakes: an edge may be missed, a face may not be detected, or text may be misread. Always review results before you share or rely on them. In particular, check that Blur Face has hidden every face you need hidden.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that results will meet a specific requirement.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing here affects rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, images, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Keep your own copies of images that matter to you. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for FotoSuite Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 10 if you paid nothing.

11. Ending these terms

You can stop using FotoSuite anytime by deleting the app (and cancelling any subscription in your store account). If you seriously breach these terms, your licence ends automatically.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you in the app if the changes are significant. If you keep using FotoSuite after the update, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
